Thetford Fridge Problem Empty Thetford Fridge Problem

Thetford fridge freezer model 3000 in our Winchcombe does not reach a low enough temperature in the fridge compartment. Temp. Readings generally between 10 - 20 c when connected to the mains. Works ok on gas. Dealer mistified. Please can anyone help us solve this problem. Many thanks

Not saying its the same fault but a new control panel resolved the issue on our van
