Fresh Water Leaks!

Vehicle has only done 6,000 from new. Lives in a warm barn and is drained during Winter months. It only leakes when 100% full down to about 75%.

"When filled to 100% full, I am leaking water from Near Side rear quarter under the kitchen. It’s giving every impression of frost damage, but this is September 2021 and van used for several trips this year with no problems! Vehicle is 2016 Broadway EK."

Drive it up onto your levelling ramps to give you some access underneath then get the wife to fill to tank and see where the water comes from. At least then if you talk to the dealer you can have a conversation about the actual issue rather than a promise to look into it. I had frost damage but this occurred in the lowest point of the water system that happened to be a pipe.

Have discovered that the problem is not fresh water leaking from the system at all - but is clearly a problem associated with the basin the bathroom !  The waste pipe has obviously become detached from the plug hole in the basin so that when the plug is removed the grey water drops into the moveable shower wall not into the waste tank.  From there some water spills onto the bathroom floor but some finds it’s way under the MH hence the drips I see from underneath.
Finding a dealer who can fix an AutoSleeper is not easy in the Bristol area!

This happened to our fairford with a sliding sink. Auto sleeper just push the pipe on, I managed to fish the pipe back out of where it was hiding, reattach it and put a clip on it.

Tigerfish, several of us have had this issue in the past but it's relatively easy to fix. If you get into the shower cubicle (better if you are smaller than my 6ft 2in  ) and push the moving wall across, you will see a small panel just below sink height. If you remove the two screws holding the panel, and the panel, it will give you access to the sink drain and the reticulated waste pipe. It will probably have come adrift. I just pushed ours back on and it's stayed that way for 5 years, others have used glue or clips to secure the pipe. Reattach the panel using the screws and hopefully all will be well.
