Duetto 1996 - Toilet Flush Tank Fill Point? Empty Duetto 1996 - Toilet Flush Tank Fill Point?

1996 Transit Duetto LWB  -  I just went to fill the main water and the toilet flush, first time since buying, and I can't find where the flush tank fills. I thought there'd be a fill pipe in the toilet cassette hatch, but the pipework there seems to disappear into the van or below the floor, no obvious fill point - see picture.  Any clues please?

I think you'll find it flushes from the main fresh water tank. Quite a few vans have that arrangement.
