Fuel cost spreadsheet

Hi All,

I have written a spreadsheet to record fuel costs. It logs MPG and cost per mile. It can be downloaded from [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.].

Very handy that Graham. A few of our friends keep logbooks and I have given it thought a few times so have downloaded it - thanks. I will add a gas column I think to keep a check on Autogas prices.

Having a browse through your website, cant you get Mavis to come on here (known to many as Locovan) I have only met her once, at the Global Rally - Warwick and she was helpful with advice as my cousin had just been diagnosed with Mesthelioma.

I will ask Mavis but she has not been too well lately.

I had to do a slight amendment on th spreadsheet cells B27:B63 were in date format so I have now amended to number format. It is easily changed first unptotect the sheet, select the range and format to number no decimal places, re-protect the sheet or simply download the updated version.

By the way I use it on a iMAC with office/excel 2011 with no problems.

Thanks for letting me know Southdowner good to know they work on the Mac which version are you using?.

I have added a couple more from requests; Euro input and conversion and Odometers that read only Km.

Using iMac 21.5inch 500Gb hd and 12GB ram and MAC Office 2011 also with Win7 also installed. OS X Lion 10.7.4 model ? MC309 A 1311.

Best computer I have every had more like a friend. Wish I had changed to MAC years ago, well worth the extra cost
and she can do so much more that a PC.

That's a beast and I am envious. I've had my iPhone 4S since Christmas and I am so pleased with it and the platform. I will migrate to a Mac eventually.
