12 VOLT TELE....

Probably been covered before...but our 12volt Tele has gone caput...it's got lines across it...can anyone recommend a make and model...must be easy to retune as usually have to do this in every new camping location...thanks in advance...

Avtex if you are willing to spend the cash.

The model will depend on the screen size you prefer, as much as anything.

We have the tiny 10 inch Avtex which I guess is 2012 vintage. It has a noticeably restricted viewing angle which means two folks would have to directly side by side to watch it. Current models may be better but I would demand proof before you buy. We tend to stream to individual iPads instead. The occasional buffering is preferable to not being able to see the picture.

Wait for Aldi to stock their caravan television - runs off 12v and mains and has all conceivable connections. I bought after another helpful alert from PaulMold. Under £100. I admit it's hardly used, but it's more than adequate. Had 2 Avtex before - seem expensive considering our limited use.
