We bought our Excelsior last Nov. having sold our Newventure and needed more space...due to our new whippet pup, spent 4 months in Spain very successfully, well apart from Gaslow non return valve failing, now having found the forum will probably call for help from more experienced members...already trying to work out curtain replacement, please don`t tell me the curtains are fitted and then trim fitted after?!! Hope to meet members at rallies, all the best, Rosie

If the curtains are the same as the Executive and Talsiman (The Excelsior is a Tranny version of the Exec but a bit bigger) then you may find it easier to work on the side curtains from the outside with the windows wide open.
Sorry to be the bearer of this news, Just enjoy the van. We shall be passing through the island in a few weeks enroute to the Emerald Isle

If it has the aluminium curtain tracks that were standard for a long time, the track complete with curtains can be unclipped from its retaining clips and dropped from behind the trim. My current van does not have that system so I can't take a picture but if you can see the rail you should see the clips.
