Just Cillited mine a couple of times and its done a decent job.  I'm not sure its any better than applying neat bleach which is what I've done before but is easier to apply and probably safer.

I have done mine three or four times and it almost seems to get better each time, Cillit is never going to solve the problem but certainly makes an improvement in appearance.

Mould Magic from MustHaveIdeas https://musthaveideas.co.uk/pages/mould-magic-web I've used on my bathroom silicone, squeeze it on, it's a gel, leave for 2-3 hours and wipe it off, hey presto, clean. Being a gel it should also work on vertical surfaces.  You could also try Spear and Jackson Spray and Leave for the roof, does a great job of killing the the mould, all over the roof.
