bedcover in Cotswold 2010 FB

WE have our 'new to us' MH and though the prev owner took out the TV and the pillows he left a gold coloured shaped cover on the bed . It has velcro on the sides to match the matress but we are not sure if this is a duvet cover or mattress cover. Anyone any ideas. Thanks

Seems to be a day cover type thing for the bed which goes over the duvet. They come new with MH but no pillows 
Not sure about the Tv ours come with a Avtec Tv/DVD and a maxview sat system.
