General advice to new members:-

It is recommended that you ask questions in the most appropriate sub forum, and I would suggest only one question per new thread. Also make your title as meaningful as possible. If you do all that you are more likely to get faster and more focussed responses.

If members are just popping in for a quick browse they would probably ignore threads with the title, "Help" or "Nuevo", whereas something like, "Help please. My Whale water filler doesn't work." will get an instant response - and loads of sympathy!!
