Auto Sleeper Wanderer? Empty Auto Sleeper Wanderer?

Post by Juno5458 Mon Sep 12, 2016 3:53 pm

Good afternoon
I saw A AutoSleeper Wandere going over Sturry level crossing today. Never seen one of these before. Managed to have a peep and seems it has a "lounge" in the front! Not sure if they have on board toilets or not. Unusual one :) P REG

Never heard of one. Are you sure it wasn't an Autohomes Wanderer...

Hello Paulmold. It had the logo AS on the front and the word "wanderer" in the same style lettering as our Trident. Im certainly no expert I could have read the word wanderer wrongly

Would you believe that the guy who wrote that article was the first secretary of the RTMR, nice guy but I haven't seen or heard from him in years.
The previous van he mentions was an Elddis Eclipse.

Unfortunately you can buy the logos etc off Ebay as many self-builders do. The Wanderer does not appear on Roli's list in the 'Factsheets' either..
