water leak Empty water leak

Hi, went away for the weekend to Bulwick , great campsite. Filled my water tank up and put the pump on got the air out of the taps etc, and then water stops with pump still going. Look under the van to find water coming out quite fast above the inside of rear wheel also water coming slowly up the waste in the shower tray. Going  to  have a better look in the morning to see where the leak is , but baffled why water in shower tray .

Water coming up the shower waste can only come from the waste tank meaning it is full. Is the dump valve on the water heater closed? This could be the water at the wheel.

My favourite pastime, not remembering to shut the dump valve. Grrrrrrr!

Been under the van today , its leaking from a fresh water pipe and will have to take it in for repair. Just of interest how much water do you think come out the dump valve. Regards paul.
