2013 Broadway EB remote control

As anyone got a new Broadway with the EC480 control panel over the hab door, I've just downloaded the Sargent PSU EC500 instructions studying

and it states that any motorhome fitted with the EC480 control panel it comes with a remote control. Now nothing was said about a remote control when I picked our Broadway EB up in March this year, as anyone else got one with their motorhome.

Sargent sell the system to several manufactures and not all use all the facilities or use it in the same configuration. That said, AS often vary the spec during model runs so it will be interesting to see responses to this post.

My 2013 Broadway FB is also fitted with the EC480 control panel over the hab door. It did not come with a remote control, looking at the AS owners manual there is no reference to one.

I was speaking to the Sargent technical department earlier this afternoon and they reckoned that you could buy the IR remote separately, and that it wasn't hugely expensive. Unfortunately (as he wasn't in Sales) he couldn't say exactly how much, but it might be worth phoning and asking...

Also have a 2013 Broadway FB fitted with the EC480 and again no remote control.
